Like Substack’s free and paid subscription tiers, Tiny Tribes🪶also has a paid tiers, but we do it a little differently.

I paused paid Substack subscriptions about 6 months ago and stopped all billing to my paid subscribers because it didn’t make sense to me.

The Substack platform doesn’t support the infrastructure needed to give readers a true community experience.

Think Deeper

Instead, I created a much richer experience for those who want to more deeply explore how to scale their business to five figures monthly across two online communities.

Establishing both using the Skool.com platform (aff. link) allows me to host courses, offer premium services, and even email my members from the platform.

Think Courses

When it comes to hosting courses, members don’t have to go elsewhere with yet another login and password.

I can host as many courses as I wish and even drip lessons over time.

I continually urge readers to “stop chasing paid subscribers.”

This message is all over my Substack newsletter. I call it the Tiny Tribes🪶 Business Model, whereby we convert a reader/subscriber into a customer first and then into a client.

For example, a low-cost service (like an online community that combines courses, Q&As, and live workshops or a DFY service like copywriting or doing their VA work) gains readers' trust and converts them to customers.

When customers trust my knowledge, service, and work product, they will likely buy from me again, this time through one of my coaching programs.

They then transition to being a client and become part of the Tiny Tribes🪶ELITE community, where I facilitate the programs.
